this started last night in the chats! thanks for the idea dan! whats the funniest lawsuit you have ever heard/been a part of? mine would have to be the guy that sued a coach builder because he set the "autopilot" went and made himself a sandwich and the camper crashed!!!

Thief! You stole my idea for a thread... now you get sued. LMAO. Yeah... but it was my idea to look for class action lawsuits as a means of income. I figured if I poked around on the net ofr a while that in about a year or so I should have a few checks coming in... flawless. Hehehehe....

back on topic.
The woman who sued Ferrari because he wealthy older husband crashed and died in his new car. She claimed that Ferrari should have put "more warning stickers on the car to indicate it's true high performance capabilities" (sounds like lawyer talk). The judge dismissed it saying, "Maam, what did you think you were buying for $140,000, an Oldsmobile?" I found it funny.

I would have to say the woman who tried to sue her exhusband because she thought he snuck into her house took a dump in the toliet and then left. She didnt get very far. The thing with the motor home is pretty funny.

i saw a lawsuite over some guy stole a watch from k-mart then it broke and they wouldnt give him his money back and arrested him for theft so he sewed for the value of the watch he stole.......

the other greatest lawsuit i've heard of was the guy that sued all of the auto makers because they use the term firewall. when his car caught on fire he decided that because he had a "firewall'' he was safe inside of the car still! all he got out of it is that what used to be known as a ''firewall'' is now called a bulkhead!
