Why? Why? Why? Just to have it before Christmas? Or so they can give it as a gift? I don't get it. Why does anyone pay over list for anything? Remember the PT Cruiser release frenzy? $25,000 for a $18,000 car??? Same thing here....$450 to buy a $400 system?

My girlfriend got one (along with three of her friends). THey got 4 of the 6 from the Wal Mart they were at. She is selling it and has already been offered $700.

Dave i guess im growing up cuz i totally agree with you. Especialy when it comes to a video game system!!! 700 bucks just to you had it First... Thats nuts

She may ask $800 seeing that they are going $1000+ on the bay but I can probably get it to you for $750.

The Core model is the premium one. The non core is the regular one. Smaller HD and no wireless controllers. That is the one that she has. That is why I think you can get it for $750. These are going for about $1000 on ebay and the permium (core) model is going for up to $1600+. Let me know...

Yeah green box. Sorry... had it backwards. I don't know about the $675. She already has offers of $700 cash so I doubt she would go lower. I will see though.

I wish I was off and could have gotten one too. THey were out there for 18 hours... kind of crazy.
