Xbox 360 is going to be released on Nov 22 anyone going to get one? I gotta say the graphics are insane. right up to par with all but the most expensite PC's but with the plug and play simplicity that you will never get on a PC. its the little things that impress me though... the wireless controllers have a power button in the for the ultimate in lazyness! lol.. don't have to roll out of bed to turn on the system anymore. just grab the controller and press the green X. also lots of other features like one nice dashboard layout and the ability to play MPEG, AVI's, MP3's.. ect that are on other computers in a network through the 360 on your TV. pretty cool stuff.

I'm looking forward to Call of Duty 2, Test Drive Ultimate, mabey PGR3 and for sure Ghost Recon Warfighter looks bad ass in the video trailer I've seen. I got to have something to do over the winter because LH is going to be too far to drive during the week.

I won't be getting one. I used to be a gamer but turned into a hardcore mountain biker. Now I have RC cars too and almost never play. I have a PS2 and an XBOX that just sit around. Hell I payed for a year of XBOX live and have played 5 or 6 times since then. Granted it's fun. But I'd rather be on my bike, in my car, or racing RC.

Anyone play nintendo 64? It was state of the art ten years ago. Now that I have kids it gathers dust. I still have pong.

I'll be looking into it heavily depending on what games will come out with it's release.

I am not getting one yet. I have been on live since 2002 ( I was a beta tester for live, I even still have the stupid T-shirt they gave me for participating). It's just to expensive and time consuming. My time playing live has dwindled from 20 hours or more a week to like 5 hours a week. They up'd the game prices they up'd the live costs. I play one game on xbox live and thats MotoGP 3. Best Motorcycle racing game there is, hell best game series on live. Now I have heard it will be released for 360 sometime in 2006, now if that happens I'll find a way to buy one.

im not gonna get one. Games cost to much for it and it doesnt really impress me from everything ive read about it and the pictures ive seen. Im gonna wait till march and get the new nintendo system. That sounds like its gonna be the sheit. You can download any previous nintendo game from the very start and play all these newer games with a lot better graphics from the previous systems.

bahhh... I can download all the old nintendo games already and play them on my computer and the Nintendo revolution controller looks like a remote control. PS3 looks pretty wicked though. the trailer for the Metal Gear Soild on the PS3 looks excelent.

I've already had the pleasure of playing a couple 360 demo games and tinkering with the system because my father engineered the playable 360 displays that were used at X05 and will be seen in the stores. He also did the Xbox display in the past and right now I have 3 xboxes and a slew of games all for free.. if I'm lucky I'll ge the same deal with the 360. We'll see what games come out for it on its release. Going from whats on the Demo disk there will be a couple racing games that I may have to pick up.

I'll probaly end up getting one but after it's been out for a few months. I mean when the release the forst xbox there was some bugs in the system, so I think I will wait like six months then grab one, besides by then it should be at least 100 bucjs cheaper.

I'll be picking up the 360 shorty after it comes out. After playing PC games for 6 years, and spending some time playing X-Box lately, I enjoy playing X-Box more. In the end, it cheaper to stick with consule units. No Upgrading vid cards every 6 months.

Well now that I've got full permision to talk about it from my father. I've had a 360 in my posession all week long. NO problmes as of yet reading any disks I've put in the thing except once on a Mixed media disk that was rather scratched, the dashboard froze on me. I have found some problems playing the king kong demo game but thats a software problem with the king king game itself because it is a super early demo. hopfully before the release I'll get some official games for it because right now I'm stuck with the demo disk with only 3 playable demos and the rest videos. Yes it plays some old xbox games. Halo 2 and Forza both play on it. older games do not work on it though and you have to have the HD for the 360 to play the older games.

Call of Duty 2 demo on the 360 is unreal. It looks right up there with the PC version. I even got my hands on a 360 PC monitor adapter to test it on a good monitor on the highest HDTV settings. One things I gotta mention is the power adapter is a brick. literally the size of a brick measuring 10" long, 4" tall and 3" deep. my guess is the entire power supply was kept external to save weight, space, and heat from the unit and with the processor and such the power supply had to be pretty beefy. I wish I could post pics but I've been forbiden from doing it until the official release. lol.. I have a stack of 3 xboxes and the 360 on top.

One game is going to make a game system better???? X-box 360 has 3 times the processing power, almost 3 times the graphics power. I give PS3 much respect, it will be a great Game System, With some great exclusive games, but to say the system is better is misinformed. IF Sony is so sure How great their system is, why do they fight so hard to keep some games as exclusives?

Six you got yourself a dev box, thats pretty cool. Does it have live? If so how is it, have you played any live games yet?

It does have live but there are no games to play and I was told not to mess with it. Right now its honnestly kinda borring becuase I've mastered all 3 game demos on the demo disk... lol. I'm itching to get my hands on some real games for this.

Hasn't the sony lost some of the exclusive games anyhow? I know tomb raider and ridge racer 6 are both comming out on the 360 and used to be playstation exclusive games.

my friend won a 360 in the every10minutes.com thing. i wont get either Im a PC Gamer, mostly counter strike 1.6. snakebite if you play cs 1.6 you'll never have to upgrade your graphics card. the graphics are horrid(well compared to games that come out now) but the gameplay is so good. So for me ill be sticking with my laptop and N64 with a Super Smash Bros. cartridge in it. If any of you want to play me in Super Smash Bros. ill take you lol. cant touch this

LOL I can't go back to 1.6 after Source so long. I tried it before I stopped playing Source. I couldnt handle it....But, funny thing is, I re-installed Quake 2 and had a blast playing it. ANd those are some lame ass graphics.

Square is working on remaking Final fantasy 7 (DVD quality Graficts, voice aninamaited) hoping for it to be relesed with the system. and for halo its the worst first person shooter i have ever played!

I only play racing games and sports titles, espn sports titles. EA just keeps rehashing its titles so I don't buy anything EA. Right now its MotoGP3, a little forza motorsport and ESPN NFL 2k5. Chessmaster is another title that is actually pretty good, unfortunately I can never find anybody to play online with it. Halo is a cheat fest and I suck at FPS's anyway. I get sick and tired of running around and getting shot in the head. I like XBOX because I can talk with anybody on any title or just open a chat room with friends and watch a football or baseball game and talk about it.

I play mostly racing games and some FPS. I'm decent at the the FPS and like to play them but love good racing games over anyhitng else. I beat all of Forza actually and now just started a new profile to do it all over again. lol!

Pick up MotoGP 3. Its a great motorcycle racing game. Lots of fun VERY FAST Racing.

If I do play games I like racing games. Like pole position from '83.....hehe or excitebike. lol

Forza is cool but alittle too much at times. I enjoy Midnight Club and the Need for speed series. I might pick up Burnout Revenge over the weekend.
But for now, I'm enjoying Ghost Recon:Summit Strike.

Burnout Revenge is GREAT!!!! Firesprink and I have been working through it when we aren't bashing.
