yep, I'll have a freq. clip board. If you don't have the clip for your freq., don't even think about turning on your radio. Basically, as people show up I will take down your name, freq, forum handle, and type of RC you are using. I will then point you in the direction of the clip board so no one has an excuse that they "didn't know where it was". If YOU cause any mishaps with runaways, YOU will be asked to pack your stuff up and not use your equipment for the rest of the day. (or GO HOME!). We don't have the time or money for any runaways due to neglegence.
And of course, this is a PLAY AT OWN RISK BASH! don't expect anyone to pay for anything that is damaged for any reason, even if you think it was their fault. A gallon of fuel is definitely enough. I only ran 1 tank of fuel at the last bash and most everyone else didn't even use a half gallon. And that's with 1/8's and big MT's. The most cars I seen run at one time at Berwyn is like 6-7 at one time, and on average it's 1-2. Don't expect to see 30 cars running around together. Please LMK if you guys have anymore questions ![]() RBS5 RB2045 All Futaba |

The last BIG bash at Berwyn went off great, without any problems. It's actually kinda scary that as a group of guys just out to have a good time and have a few beers, there are less radio conflicts than at organized events. Too many times, I've seen and had radio issues, because someone in the pits was testing or fixing their car/truck with no regards to anyone who might be on that channel. Also, at one of the Monster Jams, a bunch of us watched in HORROR as a Fully decked out SuperMaxx went WOT into a brick wall, all because someone wasn't paying attention and clearing their channel. (Even worse, wasn't even registered to be part of the event)
As long as everyone remembers to check the freq board, and get their channel clip, we will have another bash go by with minimal problems. |

Should I bring some of the stick on name tags? There seems to be alot of people coming, and not everyone will know each other. And on the topic of meeting new people, anyone mind if destroymyrevo and I pit under their tent?
