take the carb off and keep it so when you get another chitty motor you can at least run a good carb on it

i dont think the bearings or the crank are gone, but the rest is slide the crank out and take the rest of the stuff outta there, u could prolly get some cash for the bearings also

There was metal in/around the crankshaft and bearings, so I'm weary about the bearings, and the crankshaft may have gotten scratched up. I don't feel like tearing it down right now.








Rocco or George-Does the Hyper/picco motors need clutches or? I'd rather run the hyper motor so it's legal but if it would be a complete PITA for that to happen don't worry about it.

u can easily clean the metal chips out, the motor proly didnt run long with the shards in there so it prolly didnt damage those things
