I think thats a great idea tex.......i thin it should be $15 for the night (5-6) hours and then you get 2 tickets, youcan get a whole pizza for 2 or buy something seperately different. cause if we can get 20+ guys that would be great. 20 guys times 15 per guy= $300........soo minus prolly 2 track guys is 100 + like 30 for electricity.......so thats $170 in profit????

How about a Monday night from 530pm to 1030pm (like normal practice) sometime in January?
This gives everyone a chance to build their christmas presents and come out and set them up and have a good time.

Around Chrismas is too hectic for me personally. I'm always rushing around during that time. It might be better for the kids cause they are out of school sitting around playing video games but for me it's responsibility time.

Keep in mind I'm all about what's best for the majority though...I can squeeze a day in during the christmas break. I think it's going to come down to track availability though, they are not going to give up any normal practice or race day for our "party". It's pretty much going to have to be a Monday.

Monday is the only day the track is normally closed. Keep in mind, we've already done this once before. Bernie would only allow a Monday then (so it doesn't conflict the normal schedule) and I'm assuming it would be the same now.

argh is right...all the Mondays that school is off are Holidays! Bernie won't be open 12/25 or 1/1 !!

If it were 1/8/07 I would prolly attend, but the kids would be a no because they are both back in school that day.
