he needs a sink where the food is being made to "wash the untensils" to bring it up to code from what i have been told

I think there needs to be one where the food is being prepared to wash hands or whatever. It is a health code thing I believe....

Required equipment

b. A hand sink(s) located within the food handling area(s) of the establishment. This will be an addition to any located within any toilet rooms. Any rooms separated by a door in which food handling operations take place, will be required to be equipped with a hand sink.

c. Sufficient refrigeration equipment necessary to store foods cold or frozen.

d. Sufficient heating equipment to cook and reheat the foods intended for service at the subject facility.

e. Appropriated holding and food protection equipment to keep food protected during times of food preparation, holding, cooling and display.

f. A mop sink or basin, and sufficient storage area for mops, brooms and cleaning supplies.

$15 and it includes your practice fees and a pizza (or some sort of food.) If you can go, go. It will be a blast for sure and a great chance for you to put names to faces on here.

I saw a pizza last sunday,but I was told it was bernies. He cants sell them but he can make them for himself. As for 'giving' them away. I dont know.

Watchers are free, though, right? It's only $15 for drivers.

Well, its a pizza party with an admission price to open the track exclusively for us when it would otherwise be closed.
So I'm thinking people should come to play and should pay.

Are you not driving? Or are you talking about bringing extra people?? I would imagine if you brought a guest that didn't have an R/C or whatever they wouldn't have to pay.

I would say if your not driving you shouldnt have to pay.
If they want something to eat. they could just buy it at regular track prices.
That way the track still makes money.

Because you will have parents that are driving there kids there @ guest.
