it was actually 10 dollars and bernie got 7 and the extra money matt got was for pizza. Or maybe it was 12 a person. Either way it was a set amount to be payed that included track fee and pizza.

so lets say 15 people were at the last one and matt got $12 each, that's $75 in "extra money", not nearly enough for 4 large pizzas.

Well here is an option for you. Find a coupon and you can have Dominicks make the pizza's. Normally their large pizzas are 16" and about $10. However, on fridays the pizzas are only $5 each with a perferred card. You can find coupons that bring it to $7 each on normal days.

Their pizza's are pretty good to. We end up buying pizza every sunday at the bash at the end. Or we go out somewhere for dinner. The 2 pizzas we get usually feeds about 4 to 5 adults. So the normal price for 15 people would be near $65, however if you get the coupons its going to be about $42 if you get the $7/pizza deal. In addition to that you can get a 10% discount for preferred members as well.

Just a thought for you guys who want to do this.

No need to bring or order pizzas if we have a pizza party at LH. They have pizzas on hand.

True, but there is something to be said for a frozen pizza vs a pizza made fresh.

You obviously haven't had their frozen pizzas thirdgen..... They have two specific pizza ovens that cook them to perfection. They are pizza specific ovens, not regular ovens and they cook the pizzas like no regular oven could.

I have no idea how, but they do and the pizzas are delicious.

I would think that buying the pizza from LHR would also give us a better chance at getting to do this because it's more money for them. Let's say it's $15 a person to attend the party (pizza and practice), that's $8 for practice and $7 for your own pizza, it really adds up to being a great deal for the attendees AND the track.
Even if only 10 people show up, that's $150 for Leisure, minus the $2.50 they pay for each pizza (estimated) which still makes the track $125.00.....so to speak....

I'm thinking we could get more than 10 people from this board alone to show up there on a Monday from 530pm to 1030pm. Probably more like 20 people total, estimated. Last time we did this there was like 20+ people.

I would like that more, but I think people would rather be outside. I am not sure when the other party was.
