HPI Savage SS 4.6 - 03-02-2005, 12:02 AM

HPI has released an updated version of there Savage SS kit. Take the already nice SS and add a bigger engine 4.6cc (.28), 4 spider gears in the diffs, a cam type servo saver, and 47 tooth spur gear (truck is now capable of 44mph in stock trim!), dual chamber pipe, heavy duty dog bones and drive cups, and new wheels and tires. Head on over to HPI Racing's website and check the details for yourself. This sucker retails in the $430 range.

My Blog <-- Could this be the new Chitown R/C color scheme? You decide!

It looks sweet. There are already some reviews on Savage-central.com. I also like the fact that HPI seems to listen to thier customer as most stuff people were complaining about are hopefully resolved with this kit.
