Attention ALL members. The site will close for upgrades tommorow night! - 02-06-2006, 08:15 PM
That's right folks. V2.0 is on it's way. I've decided to do the upgrade in 3 parts. This way I can bring out the main features earlier and get the rearranged forums going so I don't feel pressured to finish the unfinished stuff. The only main drawback doing it this way is that the dark skin will become obsolete because it's not compatible with the new software. The light skin will be the only one available.

Part 1 - Full software upgrade, forum rearranging, and new arcade layout.
The site will close around 6pm, 02-07-06.
The upgrade shouldn't take too long. I'm crossing my fingers for around a 1 hour downtime. The chatroom will remain open, and I'll provide a link to it on the under construction page.

Part 2 - Homepage remodel - TBA

Part 3 - Site style redesign - TBA

LOL, scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a dropdown menu on the left hand side. The chitown r/c light will be the only one available for the time being. There will be another dark style available in the future as an option as it seems to be pretty popular around here.

The dark is cool/easy on the eyes like other members said, but the light is cool because you can see if someone is online and reply to PM's.

Yeah. Does it automatically quote it if you hit reply in light? I am not sure. If it does, then it's the same thing.
