It changes me from going to the bash to going to LHR to see my buddies.....I've known these guys for a couple years and they are good friends of mine.

Either Freeride or Squirell looked it up, and the Hooters in Oak Lawn is the closest to the bash area. That's at 94th and Cicero Ave, I'm at 99th and Cicero.


Also, I know that this is scheduled for a Sunday, but is it too late to try to change it to Saturday the 28th instead? I know that once a day is set, we try to stick with that date, because of people requesting days off if needed, but with the guys coming up from St Louis and Lake in the Ozarks, a bunch of people won't make the Bash or Hooters, to go Race at the track with them. If people have already requested Sunday off, we can stick to that, it's just a thought....

I would be willing to switch it but I need to see what everyone says... I WILL NOT change it witout confirmation from virtually everyone.

RCDad... chairs would probably be a good idea and maybe a table. Whatever works for you. I am hoping that there is snow but that the lot is cleared and it is fairly nice out. I think that is a bit optimistic though...

And Tex if it is on Sunday you are out?? What about saturday??

Completely understandable. I just wanted to put the thought on the table, because a bunch of us would want to meet up with the crew from STL and the Lake...


Gabe, I'm sure if you wanted to make it to Hooters, a few of us could pitch in, and help you out. HOw many times have you provided More than your share of Food, Services, and Help at the Bashes. Not to mention all the times you've shared what food you've brought to the track. I know that I for one would be more than willing to pitch in.

Also, if it does get changed to Saturday, Maybe the STL and Lake guys could join us all at Hooters as well.

I didn't mean that to sound like an attack at you if it did. I just didnt want people to get the feeling that I planned something and then changed it after plans were made. If everyone is up for it then I have no problem changing it. Also... if more would be able to come it may be another reasone to change it...

I could swear that this is the third rollcall post in a row, or are my eyes deceiving me?

The reason for the new roll call, is there is a bunch of guys coming up from the STL area, who want to race on the new track. Since it's been a while since any of us have seen them, a bunch of us would be going there rather than the bash. This Rollcall is to see if there would be a better turnout scheduling the bash for Saturday, so we could still Race with the STL guys on Sunday.
