I was too...

When i was 19 i too worked at an auto shop.... I went through two years of schooling as i "planned" to make a career of it and they STILL wouldnt let me touch customer cars.... I got to change tires, oil, and other piss ant duties...

Sorry anthony it todays world of sue 1st ask questions later i cant see a tech putting his name on the line for a joe nobody whos turning a wrench in his bay....

Just my opinion... Sorry bro...

ok its your opinion, but i know what i did. i did plan on being a tech. but my cousins are techs and they said not to do it.

Unfortunately it's not a joke! As Cheesecake said, that tore apart all the U.T.I. students! I had a buddy that worked at an Audi dealership when I was going to school. He told us about it and we almost cried! Whats next blinker fluid, Kanuter valve, the list goes on!

And Meat, I have/had(Haven't taken the test again since school) 7 a.s.e. certs and was still the oil and tire bioch. Takes a long time to get a bay let along do anything but tires and oil on a car! So say what you want none of us believe you!
