read that when your lipo pack is done you can discharge it by filling a bucket with one gallon of water and a cup of salt. drop the battery pack in and when it stops bubbling the pack should be fully discharged. then you can toss it.

yup.. thats why you spend he money on a good charger and a LiPo sack for them while charging. Always check them before charging them too be sure they have not bulged which means the cell has gone bad. Another thing that instantly explodes LiPo's is dead shorting them.
