Thought this was funny though some of it seems staged. Though, Fifth Gear doesn't usually stage stuff, thats more Top Gear's thing. I don't have a problem believing that the RC car could eat up the Mini as they were on a very small, tight track so the RC could really cut the apex on turns and keep the speed up. Plus he's running brushless/lipo so its very possibly he could have massive power under there.

I say a 1/8th scale on-road would have been better. Scary fast those are.

Was it a Cyclone? I didn't really pay attention to the body much, mostly listened to the commentary and they said HPI Evo.

But in any case, Fifth Gear, and Top Gear rock. Wish they played the unedited seasons over here. I'd watch it religiously, oh wait. I already do!

Well, what I mean to say is it isn't staged. Its just hat they chose a track that would allow the RC to beat the MC.

Even a Lotus Exige wouldn't be able to beat the RC around that track as the corners are too tight, and the straight aways too slow. It was stacked in the RC's favor, but she really did try to beat the RC.

As for woman driver? She keeps up fairly well with Tiff Needel, who is an ex formula one driver and pretty much known as the powerslide king. That man has God's feet.
