It needs a Lone Star. Gabe did say something about painting himself a new body with large blocks of color!

This was actually my original stock Savage body. I stripped the paint off it and repainted it. I had a wing lying around from some other body so I put it on. I was going to put stars on the wing but the thought of sitting there with scissors cutting stars out of masking tape was too much.

The stock body is barely long enough to go over the extended frame.

Earl, how did you strip the old finish?

Brake fluid. Took about....an hour I guess. It makes the paint peel right off after it sits on it for awhile, stickers also.

And no harm to the plastic shell? Cool !

Nope, it won't haze it or anything. I had used Spaz-Stix color change paint previously and I noticed a slight haze from the color changing paint in some areas, not sure why. The pictures don't show all the scratches, this body has quite a few battle scars.
