New bodies..... -

I painted a couple new bodies today.
Sometimes painting goes well.....    Sometimes it goes very, very wrong.......  Looks like a frickin' christmas tree ornament......  I'm never gonna buy chrome paint again......    TRC

The red was shot with Pactra Metallic Red backed with Pactra Indy Silver.
The chrome was shot with Spastix Chrome. Word of advice on chrome paint: Make sure the body in COMPLETELY clean of any waterspots after you clean it. The chrome paint shows off every little waterspot. Waterspots usually blend into the paint but not with chrome. It may help to blow the body dry with compressed air. TRC

Looks fine to me. Who really cares how it looks because when its moving it just looks like a blur anyways.. lol.
I agree on the chrome paint.. I'll never buy it because its just too much of a pain to deal with. 1:1.. 01 Z28 Camaro A4 Sure.. its stock. 1:8's.. K3, Inferno GT, and a straight line beater car 1:18.. RC18t Mamba and 3s lipo
