The cop stuck in the cement is pretty funny. I did that once as a kid riding my bike. I decided to cut through a gas station lot, that was being repaved. The guy had just finished smoothing the cement when I happened by. I sank into the cement past my ankles and completely wrecked about a ten foot section of it( I was going pretty fast). The guy was so pissed off at me. He didnt have any flags or cones or anything to warn you it was fresh cement, I felt bad though. He scared the hell out of me though by telling me if I didnt get the cement of my skin quick I would swell up like a watermellon. The funny thing is the bike was my budies brand new Dyno GT. I spent the better part of the day carefully chiselling cement off his bike.
