If it's on a Monday, I'll be there. Hopefully we can run on the outside tracks that day/night. I work nights and some pizza dinner and a little run time would be great!

I sent Bernie an E-mail and left a message at Leisure, but have not heard back yet. I hope with all the interest, he would be willing to host us. I said I was willing to 'lead' the event and help out however I can.

I just got off the phone with Bernie and the party is a go! Any Monday night, $15 admission includes a pizza. Indoor or outdoor. If indoor, then we need to pick a date sooner, because he will be tearing up the track for a new winter season track. Sept 10, 17, 24 Oct 1, 8, 15, Any dates look good? I am partial to Sept 17th myself. Hey Slowrevo, want to do another raffle? |

Is Sept. 10th too soon....?
Do we need more time to plan? Any of those dates look ok for me but to get the turnout bigger I think more time to plan will be needed. The raffle also sounds like a great idea. The one we did last time (max 25 tickets at $25 each) was cool cause the odds of winning are so great. |
