well i was really looking forwad to racin on sun but today at work my boss told me that i have a meeting to be at sun morn from 7:30 to 10:30...which is bs cuz my sun are unavailable for racing. well i got permision to cut out as soon as possible but that will still prob only be around 9:30 to 10 ish. is there any way i can call and register over the phone or something. and i might just miss first qualifier. im planning on goin tomarow for practice so ill be sure to ask then. but what do u guys think

Easiest way to do a presignup type thing would be to have someone you know who is already there, get you signed up and paid up. When you get there, pay your buddy who spotted you and check the race sheets to find out which race you're in.
