Welll..... thats good but the inner or main bearing is the one most people concider the bearing that needs to be changed

Really? ive never heard of ppl changing the inner one, only the outer.

inner as in inner towards the con-rod then yeah...it pretty much supports your combustion pressure from the piston to the crank.

dissassemble engine.

block in oven...good amount of heat...like...I dunno 350 + or something

let it heat for like 10-15 minutes or something

take block out quickly with oven mits and bang it on a wood block.

as far as I know thats the proper way. dont think I would try any other way. Lol
