Fuel might be bad, or you have an air leak change your fuel tubing check the gas tank for leak's etc... see if your engine for leaks as well.

I looked everywhere...I have tlkaed to numerous guys. Im thinking the orings on my carb are worn out, cuse i can turn the needles and it wont do anything.......I have the low end allmost all the way in and its still pig rich. so its gotta be the carb. well im just gonna bring it to the track

u have the low end needle almost all the way in and its slow, well is there smoke on the bottom at all? is the idle high? after about 20 ft or so does it kinda puff smoke and start to go a little faster? you are lean bogging richen the bottom up. You are compensating for the lean bottom with and overly rich top

Mike sounds right and it makes even more sense when you temp it at 240F. lean the top needle 1/4 turn at a time until performance comes back. as performance gets better on top, start richening the low needle in 1/4 increments...it sounds WAY off
