kyosho inferno - 07-25-2006, 05:17 PM

i picked up a inferno gt, broke in the motor and was starting to tune. had it going good and then "thud" motor stoped. the piston was locked at the bottom. got it home opened the case and found this.

the con rod had some play and locker against the backing plate.
has anyone ever had to return anything to kyosho?

i have had tons of motors from stock to high end, and i have never had this happen

for now i have a surefire .32 in it. had to steel it out of the mutant, but i dont run that one much anyways. i was looking at the adam drake .21 mod motor. anyone here anything on it?

but then again, cant go wrong with a sirio.
