TRX 3.3 exhuast header.... - 06-20-2006, 01:53 PM

I broke mine yesterday and im picking up another stocker but want a better header, like one with springs.. but I dont want to go THS if it is not a good pipe.......some people say its good some say its not.

and i DONT want to go trinity, my neighbors would stop pretending to try and run over my revo.....they would actually run it over lol

is there a header that i can use with the stock pipe, if not what pipe should i go with, and reasons why please

thanks, kevin

I think that there is something wrong with the 3.3 headers. I know Tex broke one racing Sunday.

they snap if you happen to wreck just right, otherwise they are decent.

People are using the OS TM header because it gets held on by springs, it allows movement during a wreck unlike the stock header.

all of the revo headers suck, there is an O.S header on tower that will work with the stock pipe but its like $40

i think the os header was the best thing ive bought in a while. i had a cracked stock header and it was bent and the screws were a pita to get on and the os header fixed everything.

THS pipe is off the hook! Lots more power over the stock setup. I run a 3.3 too.

I don't care what anyone says, I'm throwing an 1/8 scale pipe on my 3.3. I figure it's a .20, close enough to .21 for me. If it don't work, I'll scrap it.

Get the RB Concepts TM323 header and pipe from Ace Hardware Hobbies for like $60 for both. It's designed for the Revo and was used on the .23 RB motor for the Revo.
