I have the fantom pipe, the ths pipe, and the stock pipe. For some reason I like the stock pipe best....Your opinion?

ive only ran the ths on mine and I love it. If you like the stock pipe just stick with it. Use what works for you and makes you happy.

I use the stock pipe but I drilled out the stinger as far as you could and have it still be durable.

Ohh good idea...And I have a couple of stock pipes laying around too incase I f up...lol


Did you try before you drilled it or did you just drill it right off the bat?

I think at the track next weekend I'll just try all 3, and try all 3 wheel tire combos I have now lol...I have a lot to do during one night of practice huh?

I run the stock pipe with the OS 18TM, but I drilled out the stinger. I think some guys bought the new resonator pipe and say it was a larger improvement over the stock pipe with their 18's. That's probably a safe bet with the 3.3 as well.

If only I could find a resonator for sale....lol

The traxxas guys on the grid said the resonator was good for more low end but you lose a tad top end, or top stays the same.....I can't remember exactly except I know they said more on bottom.

I didn't try the stock pipe first I just drilled it right off the bat.

Ok then, I'll post up the results. I drilled a spare pipe with the bit just smaller than 1/4 inch. (I can't remember and it's packed away now)

And I have the stock pipe...Haha this'll be like in school with a control and a bunch of different variables....Variables=Pipes

why are the resenator pipes so dang hard to find??? i know mich had 1 b/o for a long time with amain.

I just emailed them yesterday to cancel it so I can get a new ths pipe from Leisure tuesday. It was going on 3 months

I wonder how my big bore trinity pipe will do with the 3.3
