I want to bore down a carb restricter and need to know, which "Dremel bit" will be best for shaving a little metal off?

I use a flexible paper sanding disc to make holes larger by plunging the spinning disc quickly in and out of the item (think bowling ball fitting). The disc needs to be just bigger than the hole you are sanding out. You're asking about enlarging a plastic part, right?
