I was prepping my buggy for tomorrow. The rx battery was sitting off to the side. Suddenly it started smoking and everything was melting. There wasn't a thing I could do about it.

They are cheap too. Around a 20 spot at the track

Its hard to get to the track early enough when I work till 4 am. It would be great if racing would be on saturday mornings instead of at night...It doesn't make sense to me to start at 5. I would actually switch back to electric if they did that. LHR's racing schedule sucks a big one if you know what I mean. I usually am bashing at Busse Woods on Sundays. Its easier to get there when we start at noon. I still have my AA rx pack so I will be using that until I get a new hump pack.

Damn Tex...I didn't see it in the forum rules, and did not mean anything against LHR. Their schedule just doesn't work for me. I still think the Saturday racing starting at five is weird, but thats what they chose to do. No big deal. I like nitro better than electric anyway. What I should have done is included two extra words in the "offending" sentence.

That should have avoided any ruffled feathers. If I pissed anyone off with that comment I am sorry. But you should be able to read between the lines and know what I meant to say. LHR is a fantastic facility and the people there know what they are doing and are very helpful.

2600 mah for like 25 bucks!! Hands down best hump pack. Beware of odd shape though. Make sure you have enough room.
