theres no delay of any kind with my spektrum. I instantly noticed from the xs3 to my m8 spektrum it got at least twice as fast for response time. I had to turn both servo speeds down all the way to equal that of the xs3. Its instant servo response for mine. You can try my truck if you want.

I haven't noticed any delay at all with my M8/spektrum setup. As Michowski stated my response time went way up and I think that you will find that you have to turn it down on your radio to get used to it at first.
It would be a great setup to look into IMHO |

I do see a very very small delay with the Spektrum system. It's much less than 100ms. I have to really concentrate to see the delay. This little bit of delay has warranted spektrum to develop an HRS (for the 3pk only) system. IMO, there was more of a delay when I ran the PCM receiver/Tx crystal setup.

I noticed a faster response time going from the JR XS3 to the JR R-1 w/ Spektrum module. I didn't run the R-1 with a crystal, so I don't know if there is a delay difference from crystal to spektrum in the same radio. Going from a slightly lower end radio, to a High end radio, I did notice a difference, for the better.
