Parts cleaning? Ultra sonic cleaner? -
04-27-2007, 10:38 AM
Anyone ever use something like this to clean parts?
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=95563 Otherwise, I usually end up using 409 and dish soap. Loose dirt I blow off with my air compressor, and of course, I use motor spray for the engine grease. I tried denatured alcohol, but it does not work as well as 409. Neither does simple green. |

Purple power should work well as well. However read the warnings, it can dry out rubber and you really don't want it on your hands! Strong stuff.
