bearing carriers - 04-06-2007, 10:43 PM

hey everyone

I just changed the stock carriers to the rpm ones with the 5x11 bearings. My question is. the origanal ones had a little washer up against the origanal 5x8 bearings on each side. these seemed way to small for the 5x11s so i left them off
do i need to get bigger washers or whatever thoes things are called or not?
its on an e-pede

Thanks

if they will fit I would. Sometimes rpm stuff is thicker not allowing. Is there play in it? You will love the e-pede. Is it xl5 or older version?

Thats right, they are teflon spacers and for the stock setup they keep it tight. If the new setup is tight and you don't think you need them, its fine. I use them to reduce slop when needed.
