I know some of the guys around our area still are using regular tools, but are also using one of those powered drivers. they cost about 20 bucks and are made by craftsman, or you can find them at harbor freight. then you buy a set of bits for another 20 bucks and your good to go. you can adjust the clutch on the tool, so it doesn't put to much torque on the screws
