When I play games on my PC they are extremely slow. Like slow motion. Does a video card fix that?

Yes a video card will fix this. Also what can cause your problem is a lack of system memory also. Is your computer store bought? What kind if so?

I also have an ATI TV Wonder Pro card. I bought this card beginning of summer and payed 89.99. Barely ever used it. Its as good as new. Not even any dust on it. 52 shipped. Its got all the original packaging contents,cd, everything.

It depends on what games your are playing some games like the q3 engine feed of the cpu while other games feed off of both cpu and video card. In order to speed up your game play you would need a faster cpu and video card. If you have a fast cpu and a slow video card that can create a bottle neck or vis versu. Basicly you would need a major upgrade or its possible that your computer hd needs to be cleaned.
