1993 Ford Escort 2dr hatchback 1.9L auto. 153k miles. Engine runs good, still gets 28 to 32mpg on average. Transmission runs well, no problems. The engine does use a bit of oil, generally it averages off between 1/2 a quart every 3,000 miles or so. So its not too bad. Just passed emissions in August with flying colors so its not due again for a while.

AC works, but the HVAC controls are acting funky, a visit to the junkyard would fix that. I just charged the AC and had it converted to R134a this year. Replaced heater core about 7months ago. Also did the timing belt and water pump. New tires this year, and I did the brakes 2 months ago.

Has a JVC tape deck, but just about any single DIN will fit in there.

Interior is in good shape, though the driver side floor is stained from years of dirty shoes. Seats and headliner are like new, still very firm. No leaks around the windows, weather stripping is in great shape. Rear carpet is dirty, and the fiberboard warped. Still has the spare, jack and iron, spare was only used once to drive about 20 miles to sams.

Car is some rust on the driver side 1/4 panel, the rear bumper is cracked from a small accident in a parking lot when I was rear ended, though the damage is cosmetic and only on the rear bumper the 1/4 panel wasn't touched.

The car is Blue, Grey interior.
