yea thats definately a bit sketchy, he said that he wanted it for his son, then for his nephew. it does seem a bit sketchy, i wouldnt go with the 3rd party but if he was to sell it for just the price and accept the money and not try to pull in someone neither of you know then id say itd be ok.
