Mugen Buggy RTR deal (SOLD) - 03-19-2005, 10:44 AM

If anyone is interested in a 1/8 buggy setup with:

Mugen MBX4 (good shape, hardly any slop at all, if any)

RB WS7II (2 1/2 gallons on it, still runs very good)

new mugen clutch, 13T CB (couple runs on both)

Ofna 063 torque pipe/header

ofna starter box (chrome top with power panel, has 12V batt installed)

FUT FM radio (T3PDF, computerized)

rim/tires (3-sets, some NIB)

New wing with one run, pretty nice body (not perfect though)

Digital Hitec servo on throttle (update:5475hg, .018secs/76oz@6V)

1100MAH flat RX pack (only charged twice ever)

LMK, I'll make ya a deal. (looking for $450 for everything). This thing is completely RTR with extras. For someone trying to get into 1/8 buggies it'd be a pretty good deal.

re - 03-20-2005, 02:48 PM

hmm,thats no recivers or radio,no servo's,no battery pack,correct?

buggy with engine,pipe,
wheels and tire sets
and starter box

2 1/2 on engine

now did you break that engine in or did you recieve it already running?

just trying to see how more is left on the engine

one last question how much without engine?

i'm interested but just figureing if there is not much left on that engine or if it was broken and ran by someone else ,who actually knows how much life is left in the engine then, but then again i have so many engines also, but at this moment i can offer $350.00 or if you decide without the engine but everything else ,let me know on either?,if possible ,i dont want you to tear it down for me if you can get the asking price of what you got you know what i mean
thanks GD

I bought the engine used and the guy said 2 gallons was on it. I put about 1/4 to 1/2 gallon through (about 8-10 tanks, not sure). It runs awesome. still decent pinch left in it, starts right away. It is a bump start only engine.

It's super fast through mid-top end (with 13t bell), could have more torque but the clutch I have on it engauges a little later so it's in it's power range when it hooks. Runs about 210-220F. Rb's like it richer on the LSN and leaner on the HSN though so keep that in mind.

I can do full buggy with motor/pipe, starter box, wheels/tires(2-sets, on-road/off-road(NO NIB) for $350, If you want the tires/rims that are new in package I have to do $380 because I just bought them for $65 and they are still NIB. Otherwise $350 will work with no NIB tires/rims. So you still get 2 sets for the $350 price they are used though.

For a roller buggy without motor/pipe, without starter box, but WITH 2-sets of tires I can do $200. This has a decent body and a like new wing. The buggy is in nice shape, people on here can attest to that, they have seen it. Plus it's a Mugen, not a Ofna LX or something.

LMK, I can drive out and meet you or something.

RB WS7II
mugen clutch, 13T CB
Ofna 063 torque pipe/header
ofna starter box
rim/tires (2-sets)
wing/body

OK cool, the above is what you will be getting for $350. I need to sell this like yesterday so the sooner we can meet the better. (No job with past due bills)

Can we meet up tonight? maybe another night like Tuesday night around 8pm (or later, whatever) I can meet up anytime your available. Just LMK

Gabe, what would you want for the last set of NIB tires and rims? I need something better than the street tires I have for my Buggy....

It's cool, GD.....I trust ya, I just thought is was such a coinsidence. I'll take the money order.

Newguy, these are proline mugshots with proline wabash rims. All NIP. They are for loamy surfaces such as campmaxx, not blue groove like Leisure. Nonetheless I want $40 for everything. I just payed $65. I was going to use them in STL in the loose dirt.
