  Should work. I took the antenna out by pushing it thru the top of the radio case (that's how you take it out lol) and then cut some of the rubber tubing off (bottom part of what sticks out of the radio) for some more clearance inside. I glued it in, and bam! It works again...Oh and you guys like my steering wheel? I like it better than stock.

GENTLY take a flathead and pop off the black Spektrum logo cap. It's right under there lol. It's got a philips head screw under it, but I replaced it with that snazzy hex head one and the blue washer for some style.

Yeah but it comes pre-installed. It actually is ON the radio when you buy it, it just has a black cap over it.

   Nice clean install. I cut this rubber thing I had laying around in half(used to put fuel tubing through a splashguard) and put it at the base of the antenna after taking off the old shoe-goo. Much cleaner now, oh and I added some CF stickers to the screws on the radio.
