I'm looking for a NiCd/NiMh charger(Has to be both or just NiMh) for around $25 or so

I need it to charge my RX pack, needs to be a peak charger(2hrs or less charge time)

I have a Novak digipeak and Rhino chargers I was using to charge all my batteries.
