posting pics for Balt71, he will give info on it later tonight.

He is looking to get 250 or best offer for it, no trades please. There are alot of spares as you can see in the pics and the wheels and tires on the buggy are practically new. As stated above direct all pm's to Balt71, a full description of parts and upgrades he will put up later tonight.

Advantage Cradock brake pads ( Like New!!!)
Large Capacity OFNA fuel filter ( Screen style filter )
1100 Ni-Mh Rechargeable battery pack
OFNA tuned pipe
OFNA Heavy duty servo saver ( Brand new never run since put on!!!)
Pro-line Knuckles on OFNA wheels (60% tread and wheels have no cracks)
The lower front and rear arms are brand new and have maybe one run on them

An A.M. radio with two Team Associacated servos. Servos are out of an MGT so the steering and throttle servo should do a good job to get you started

my dad wants to get a buggy but this would be his first r/c ever, would this be a good buggy starter for racing???

and does it need a motor? if so what would be a good motor

Yes it does need a motor. It comes with an ajustable motor mount, so most ANY BB motor will fit in it.

As for a starter buggy for racing i would say yes for a couple reasons... This buggy has been very very durable and was raced at many dirt dawg races last year. The seller Balt71 Learned to race 1/8 with it and did ok for a beginer.

It isnt the best race machine on the market but its simplicity and tough design makes it a great starter buggy for those new to racing

Sure you can. Intermediate buggy allows bigger than .21 motors. I'm pretty sure no one will complain at leisure either, being as they don't have a intermediate to run in. They just run them all together (advanced and intermediate).
