I don't know how else to say it... I know he is pissed at me. He flat out told me that he wouldn't be helping anyone else in the future because of me turning around and selling his help. That was not my intention and if that is how he feels I have no problem helping anyone...

Your missing the point here! I don't think he is honestly pissed that you would sell it, I think it's more principle! You wanted a bb revo he helped that dream come true then you turn around less than a week later and you want a lsp?

Its like telling chip foose to help design your dream car, spend his own time doing it and making it happen and in less then a week you sell it on him. Doesnt matter who the guy is that made the dream come true there still going to be pissed. And dont think you have to keep it forever cuz you dont. Just in less then a week sell it is complete BS to me.

FWIW, I am not pissed at you Dan. I'm kinda weirded out that the rims I sold you are already sold and I haven't even been paid for them???
Also if I'm not mistaken I "loaned" you that blue body and said "use it, I'm not right now so go ahead"..... I also gave you a killer deal on everything you bought from me, my "teaching" time not included. Those Nova shoes you have $20, the springs were $5, the pipe/header was $20 (ebay), the CB $12....that's $57 not including any other small things that were given to you that may have helped complete the project. I gave all that to you for $14 because I was helping a fellow RCer out that was short on cash but wanted to finish a project. the only things that weren't "like new" with that stuff was the Nova shoes and they have tons of life left. Again, I'm not pissed at you Dan, I understand why your selling it. I don't understand how I received the short end of the stick in the deal though. And I will be more than happy to help the next RCer out just as I did you. Although this is the biggest burn caused by someone I've helped it will not ruin my pit personality and cause me to shut down as a helpfull hobbiest

![]() Business is business...I do buy certain things to re-sell them. This fact I don't hide, but when a guy goes out of the way for me on a personal project, it will always be made right. It's a cold feeling to give a deal to someone who's in a bind or short, vs. knowingly giving up something cheap just to move on. |

Man I wish I'd bought a revo roller sooner, this is all help I could have used, you don't realize how many little parts you may need to get going. Mine is coming along but still need many things and to have help like this would have been soooo cool.
