About calling LH liars. If their inventory shows something in stock then that's what they go by. It is not a "lie" as you called them. If your not sure how buisness' work and function, please don't speak on it. If they physically checked for parts for every calling customer it would take half of their day up.

yeah, LH is usually pretty good, ive only gone in there once when they said they had something and didnt have it. When i called yesterday i was talking to scott and i could hear him going thru the box to make sure he didnt have it.

I didn't mean to offend anybody....But like 5-6 parts I needed (In the last week)have said to be in stock in the computers but nowhere to be found in the shop.

Computer inventory is not always acurate. There are too many factors that can throw it off (Employee theft, people just "assuming" that all the parts on a shipping reciept are there, bad scans, etc). That is why companies also have physical inventories at least once a year. Not to mention, if you don't ask them to hold something, someone else may walk in a buy it. Mistakes happen. When you call a place to see if something is in, ask if there is a few on hand. Ask them to set the part aside for you, and if you want to "Play it safe", call before you drive out, and say that they had a part on hold for you, but you are running late, and wanted to be sure the part was still there.
