no they fit over a 14mm hex (standard tmaxx savage LSP )
If you have a buggy now, just get the Ofna Dominator wheels, they are 17mm hex. Any maxx size tire will mount to these wheels |

Explain plz, so the 14mm hex stays on, and these get put on over. Is the nut put on over the 23mm hex after, then wheel, then bigger nut?
Not sure how these are supposed to work. lol |

The 14mm hex stays on, then the adapter goes on, then you put on the 5 mm loc nut (stock piece) then you put the wheel on, then the dace adapter nut
