yea. I hear that. I have now mastered welding so much that they permanatly (for the time being) put me welding new suspensions on trailers. It's hard hot burning work.

dude STAY AWAY! We are losing people like crazy. I'm thinking about running too. our boss is a %$^& ^*%&^ %* you get the point. ask john about him lol. in 3 years he's ran 33 people out of there. Don't have many left.
