I'll ask the parents in the AM.
20th is a Friday, so we'd have the bash from like 4 till whenever??? Mabye Saturday or Sunday would work better and we could get better/longer hours that everyone (or more) could attend.

As long as it isn't on a "Race Day". We would like more people to show up, that is why it isn't a "Bash". Just looking to get a big turnout of people, to just hang out, BS and BBQ. If you want to bring/run R/C's, great. If not, at least come out and have a good time.

The 20th is no good for me do due a wedding reharsal/dinner. But a Friday night BBQ is a great idea!

oops, i thought it was a Saturday, so lets try the 21st. its to hard to get together on a friday. getting out of work late then trying to get there. so how about saturday?

Sundays would conflict with race days and the other "Busse Bash" that goes on Sundays though.

Sundays is quite a big turn out recently. However, we can't BBQ as we'd need a permit. Stupid busse rules. The no tent thing is grating on my nerves too.
Why do I need a Permit to put a sun shade up that has no walls, and is simply there to let us escape from the sun in the summer. OH well. We keep on truckin.... The GXR28 from the IGT sold today too. I should be getting payment for it shortly and then I can order the .21 for it. Thinking the bumpstart version of the Hyper .21 8port will work for a while. Sundays at Busse do have a good turnout, but we also want to get some of the old group back out. Berwyn is a little more centered for the "Southside" and "Northside" guys.
Also, with having a BBQ on Saturday, the racers can come out and have a good time also. Thats why it is going to be a BBQ. Feel free to run RC's if you want, but it isn't required. A couple years ago, we had over 50 people show up at the Berwyn woods, last year, we barely had 15. Even when we get there at 10-11 am, and stay till 4-5 pm, some people barely run a full tank of fuel. It's more about BSing with everyone and having a good time.
