Camp maxx 10 is aproaching quickly. It is set for August 4th, 5th, and 6th. Basically Friday night through Sunday afternoon. It is $20 for the entire weekend which includes camping, electricity, facilities, and most importantly, RACING. I'm going.

Friday is a day you just settle in and hang around the campfire a little. Saturday we run all the heats. Sunday is the mains.

This is perfect for those that want to get into racing or bashers that want to try racing (we also bash alot while there). It also suits seasoned racers as well, as the competition is not lacking.

You bring a tent, any camping supplies you want, and food and drink. There is also food and drink located about 15 mins from the track if you want to go get something there.

Everyone down there is real laid back and cool. I have a great time every time I go down there.

Also if I'm not mistaken there will be trophys awarded to the winners of the main classes.

If anyone is interested in going, feel free to ask any questions you might have. The camp is located just outside of St. Louis, MO. It takes about 4- 4 1/2 hours to get there each way. We usually carpool.

man another tech just quit at work so im rockin 6 days a week! I wish i could get a break from that to drink/race/camp/hang out!!! looks like ill have to hit the next one.

unlikely he would be up and running by himself by then but......

Chris, car pool sounds good, We can take my wifes Civic, it gets great gas mileage. If we split the gas it would be like $20-25 each total.

So say $25 for gas, $30 for food/drink, and $20 race/camp fee....total of $75 each for a whole weekend.

It's about 290 miles, maybe 300 miles.

I have directions but the address doesn't map quest correctly.

look up Marthasville, MO....if you need exact directions I can do that.

I should make this clear, we party hard, drink beer all day, and mostly hardcore rap gets played throughout the day and night. I just want your dad to be aware of all that before he gets an unpleasant surprise down there.

The owner of the camp likes rap so that's mainly what he plays. It's not like a "rap camp" or anything though.
