Because of the 2 speed in the RS4 you are limited on choices of gearing changes, and you have to change the clutchbell gears (2) and the 2 speed gears (2) to make it all mesh properly. See HPI website for your options. BTW, 18ss in an RS4, how much faster do you want it to go?????????

see the problem is. the car has all the original gearing now so i dont really feel like it is that much faster top end then it was when i had the original motor in it. it just gets up there faster. and to your question i dont want to see the car when it goes buy just here it.. J/K. Anyway you know how it goes your never as fast as you want to be.

I will always be a basher at heart but racing is definitely up there. Now that I have my truck set up almost strictly race now there will be less bashing... or at least less huge "lets see how bad I can crash" jumps. I am definitely up for some drag racing though. Hehehehe... Tommy I'll even take on that buggy of yours. This thing is super rich and is still pulling the wheels up in second gear. I have yet to top it out because it scares the crap out of me. LoL I even have the throttle limited right now...

Anyway... I won't have the money or fuel to race this sunday so I will be up for a friday gathering after 3 if you guys want. I will do some tweaking and see if I can get this thing on its way to being tuned...

I was just thinking... my tank won't be ready so I am not going to rush it and ruin a motor. I will be out for tomorrow. After that I will get it all dialed at the track next sunday and I will drag for fun. LoL (Let me know if anyone finds a killer deal on an extended chassis...)
