I go to some of these races knowing damn well I have no chance of making the B or A main. But, your never going to get any better unless you talk or watch the "fast" guys at the track. I know that has nothing to do with your issues about running UMT and MT together, but there are guys out there with Revos that can keep up or pull away from UMT's. Bobbo for example. Point being, if there isnt enough MT's ot UMT's to seperate the classes, I'm sure the DD's running the show would work something up with the fastest MT on the track. They did it at Nirtofarm as you pointed out Bruce. I wouldnt sell off the Revo because of some shit like this dude. Keep that thing and pick up a UMT and see if you even like it. Could be the last outdoor race of the year, you really wanna sit at home pouting about some small shit like this ?   pack up the monstrosity of a pitbox/hauler you got and get your ass to that race !!!!!!!!

I WANT to race with the MAT trucks! I think it would be a gas!
I've always wanted to race that class with my revo and I've expressed that since I bought it. Plus racing with faster people makes you .......faster you'll be the only person boycotting the race due to that reason Bruce! everyone else is just racing for the fun of it, and if you place then that's just a bonus! I'll race the MAT guys any day of the week. Plus, tex is correct, race faster guys than yourself, and you'll naturaly race faster.
My average lap times at that track on a good day was always 42-46, semi inconsistent. Chasing after bobo for a few laps did wonders it terms of entry speed into turns, when to brake, etc, etc. It kinda sucked that I broke on that run, because when I checked the sheet after the race I was running consistent 41 sec laps! Talk about an improvement! I believe bobo even told me he started getting real nervous because I was tailgaiting him for so long  . bruce i understand were your comming from but also dont forget racing these guys will also help make you faster when you race other mt's. Its not like this is a huge race. This is just a last minute race they decided to have just so we can get to race one more weekend outside. You know all the dirt dawg guys wouldnt actually race those 2 classes together without having some sort of way to make it all fair in the end. And like they were saying the lap times were very close to the truggy guys. Going back and forth so in the end its really gonna be who is the most consistant who will probly win. In the sake of a bigger pay out i say combine the classes. You can only get better if you race faster drivers. It doesnt matter what class you race but just racing faster people and taking there lines and watching how they drive will make you faster. I never thought i could compete with the truggies untill i started racing against buggies and truggies at leisure. I remember at one of our days we rented out leisure i raced finn's buggy and me and him were both wot going around the track and we were both even 95% of the time. That dude can drive a lot better then me but the more i started racing him and people faster then him i started catching up and getting faster and faster times untill i was able to compete with him. I think it will be a lot more fun racing the truggies simply because you can only get faster. But either way they go i dont care, Its not like this is a high stakes race at the pro series or anything. There having this race just so we can race for one more weekend.

Bruce man up and race. Dude this is all for fun, if you are in this for super seriousness maybe you should stay home, and boycott it. We decided to do this and Dave (track owner said ok) just so everyone can come out and have some fun and burn some nitro. But for you to start all this Shit and threating to stay home, makes us feel glad we tried to do something and add a day of racing. Maybe we made a mistake and 2 weeks ago should of been it..... Bruce even if we seperate the classes are YOU so sure your going to take home some cash... You will have Mich, JT, Bob O possibly and if Cramer brings out his MGT forget about it.... Everyone just needs to relax and plan on enjoying the day for what it is, a day of racing and spending it with others. Pretty soon our Nitros will be on the shelf til LH is done, so just relax and enjoy.... P.S. Tex I am hurt that you are not afraid of me.....

all this hassle, I'm glad its our last race. its to much of a Paine in the ass. we thought a fun race, little cash, a day racing with your buds who would complain. I guess we cant have fun races anymore........
