I would ship to you without payment.....there are exceptions.
I would assume that any deals I do with people on this board, that they would not hesitate to ship to me before payment is received. There is certain people to trust.

I would actually ship to any of the regulars on this board without payment without hesitation.

New people or people I've never met, hell no I wouldn't.
