TTR ST-1 Truggy build up! - 05-14-2006, 02:32 PM

Well here are some pics of my 16 hour build up of the TTR truggy. I am still waiting on some option parts etc.

First up some pics of the chassis and "z" brace, as well as a small plate that bolts to the bottom of the chassis alowing for the center diff to be set very low (low cg)

Next are the spiral cut ring and pinion (TTR S3 was the first to come stock with these and the ones on the truggy have a small pinion and a large ring gear for the right gear ratio)

Nice thing about these is that you can run the buggy diffs, just swap out the ring and pinion gears. Best diffs I have ever run IMO

Front Rear and Center all completed

Lots of susension travel. Everything is stock except for the red stuff, and the carbon fiber stuff which i made.

And finished product

just waiting on wheels tires and wing mount hope to have it before St. Louis. Truck went together very well kinda sucks that its an RTR so i kinda had to build it twice lol lets hope it run as good as it looks
