Ryan, Leisure race day procedure says... end your race, put your car on the table by the track, and go marshall. Even the one minute it takes to go to the pit room adds up to a longer day and that's why they put the tables by the track.

It's the same for everyone. Why do you have to think it's Ok for you to do it differently?

And it's simple for marshalling. Drive a tank marshall a tank. Period. Wear a watch. If your tank runs 8 minutes..marshall 8 minutes. If your truck runs 18 minutes on a tank, marshall for 18 minutes. I can't understand the confusion?

It's when people try to rationalize their nonconforming behavior that the system breaks down, because then everyone does it that way.

It's like running yellow lights. Eventually everyone it running red lights....It becomes the norm. It doesn't make it right, except in the minds of those doing it.
