Yeah... traxas you are wrong on the tires. I tried them both ways just to check in the snow and backwards they just pack up. Foreward they work quite well. As said earlier... seal ALL electronics to be safe and dry it down as best you can when you are done. If you are interested I have 2 traxxas 2055 servos that have been sealed with RTV silicone for winter use that I am not using. I may keep one as an emergency servo but PM me if you are interested. They are better than the stock 2035 ones that come on the maxx. (at least I think thats what they are...)
