The Squirrel Family Welcomes A New Member

Bolingbrook, Illinois

Today the Squirrel Family of 1632 Hollow Oak Lane announced that a son was born to them. Sandy Squirrel, the happy mother was quoted as saying, “ Bubba and I couldn’t be happier! It was a tough delivery and we think this one is going to be a little nuttier than his 34 brothers and sisters.”

Mr. Bubba Squirrel, who works at Fisher Nuts in Skokie was unavailable for interview, but in an email message stated:

Our family welcomes our newest bunch of fur. Right after he was born he looked a little punk, but that cleared up after a short stroll in the buggy. Now he is running around the nest at full speed and loves jumping from branch to branch. We wouldn’t be surprised if he spends more time in the air than on the ground. Maybe nature should have provided him with wings and an engine. This boy loves to fly! We’re very proud and we know he’ll find his place in the world without too much difficulty. We intend to encourage him to lead a clean life, free from vices such as alcohol and motorsports. This little nut didn’t fall far from the tree.
